Warranty Information

All products come with a manufacturer's warranty. The warranty does not cover cover normal wear and tear, shipping damage, alterations, modifications, misuse, neglect or abuse.  Shipping and handling fees will apply to all claims and will be charged to the claimant at the time products are shipped.

• 30 days for defective batteries, tires and inner tubes
  

eZIP Electric Bicycles

• 180 days from purchase date
• 30 days for replacement or maintenance parts and accessories
• 30 days for defective tires and inner tubes
• 90 days for defective batteires

iZIP Electric Bicycles

• Frame is covered for as long as the original owner owns the bike
• 2 years from purhcase date for Electro-Drive Motor
• 1 year for replacement or maintenance parts and accessories
  
• 1 year for defective Lithium-ion batteries; 180 days for replacements or repairs
  
• 180 days for SLA batteries; 30 days for replacements or repairs

Liberty Electric Bikes

• 1 year from purchase date for frame
• 6 months for hub motor and battery
  
• 3 months for electronic controller, charger, and throttle
